ABOUT ME

From interior designer to business designer


 Throughout my interior design career I was always drawn to the business side of things. I've always thrived creating systems and strategies, learning more efficient ways to do business and make a profit.  After leaving my own business to support others and gain more leadership experience, I realized that what I do very naturally-create systems, consolidate chaos, and faciltate change and growth-are skills that many designers struggle with.  I realized that the combination of my skill set with a business owner's vision, sales ability and design talent could be a winning combination.

If you want your business to grow, you need more than just projects-you need your projects to run smoothly and your clients be happy. If you want to grow, you need to know where your resources are going and how much profit you are making (or losing). You also want to be creative and work joyfully and with purpose. 

Sooner or later you will get to a point where you need a partner-someone who can help you build your business- but at a rate you can manage. My consultant model allows you to work with someone experienced and professional without the pressure of hiring a full time employee.




Industry Experience

I've spent lots of time in the interior design industry as a senior designer, a project manager, a business owner and a supervisor. I've been to Markets, worked with vendors, managed remodeling and luxury furniture projects and everything in between. I bring practical experience and current knowledge combined with real life experience and a passion for strategy-so I can help you be even more successful.

Leadership and Management Skills

I have always been drawn to working with teams and working alongside others to accomplish big goals. I am outgoing and manage with patience and a collaborative spirit. I am energized by problem solving, and using data and real time metrics to aid in making decisions for the future that will impact myself and others.

Approachable and Down to Earth

I truly enjoy my work and want everyone to feel respected and appreciated. I bring a friendly, laid back approach and try to bring some fun and humor where I can.
